Russian-American Business and Arts Council is a non-profit organization formed to strengthen the business and cultural ties within the Southern California Russian-American community through its charitable activities. We are LA’s informal organization for providing the economially disadvantaged people and indigents in the local community with free legal, tax, financial and career counseling advice; education on different careers available, improvement of professional skills, help with scholarships for economically disadvantage students. Our events, such as educational seminars, professional counseling provide an opportunity for participants to advanced their skills and get necessary help in their professional life, while the local Russian-American business community has an opportunity to give back to the community by offering their free services. .
